2. Personal data collected
We collect personal data in the following situations:
Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and message content.
Webinar registration and waitlist: name, email address and campaign attribution data (UTM parameters and ad click identifiers).
Browsing and usage data: pages visited, session duration, device type, IP address and cookie identifiers, collected by the analytics and marketing tools listed in section 4, under the consent conditions described there.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The data collected is used for the following purposes:
Responding to contact requests — legal basis: consent and/or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Processing webinar registrations and waitlist requests, including sending directly related communications — legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Statistical analysis of website traffic and usage — legal basis: consent provided through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Measuring and optimizing our advertising campaigns — legal basis: consent for marketing cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Data sharing and processors
For the purposes above, we rely on service providers that act as processors and may handle your data on our behalf:
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.) — website traffic analysis and management of measurement tags.
PostHog — product and usage analytics, with data hosted in the European Union.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) — measuring and optimizing our advertising campaigns; browsing data and contact data in pseudonymized form (protected by hashing) may be shared.
ZeptoMail (Zoho) — sending transactional emails related to the contact form and the waitlist.
n8n — automation of webinar registration processing.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and any sharing is limited to the purposes described here.
5. Retention period
Data collected through the contact form and waitlist requests is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request and fulfil the associated purposes. Webinar registration data is retained for the period needed to run the event and any related communications. Analytical and marketing cookie data is retained according to each tool's settings and your cookie preferences.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
